We want you to love your Hempz products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or any sturdy packaging, including the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
